There’s never a dull moment at Covenant Living at the Holmstad!
We’re known for our exceptional programming.
Sure, our prime location with access to downtown Chicago gives you unlimited possibilities each day. But there’s so much to do right here, without ever leaving our lively and active 38-acre campus.
Our resident-centered philosophy means your interests and preferences are our priority. You’ll find a dedicated on-site Activities Director who orchestrates a wide variety of activities and events. All you have to do is simply pick what you want to do. From educational seminars…to live music and choral performances…to wellness programs…to social events, we guarantee you’ll never sit around doing nothing—unless that’s what you’re in the mood to do! Enjoy our state-of-the-art fitness center, take a leisurely swim in the pool, or join our fitness instructors for an exercise class. You can also visit and shop at our resident-run Home Store, which features furniture and home decor.
Our can-do culture here encourages residents to initiate programs, events and clubs whenever they have a new pursuit or idea for something we don’t already offer!
